Art and Creativity

Art is a form of expression, promoting imagination, creativity and original thinking, It is a means to discover and understand the world, and to communicate and share ideas. It improves coordination, flexibility, agility, strength and fine motor skills. Creativity is the key to independent learning.


Ample opportunities are provided in the school to engage children through various craft work such as colouring, crayoning, drawing and painting, cutting, collaging, origami and sticking, embroidery, glass painting and fabric painting.


Working on a single project together will involve personal, social and emotional skills, whilst discussion with peers regarding the work requires communication and language skills - a perfect blend of everything to make a wholesome individual.
